Is it? I'm consistently being disconnected after missions fortunately I've done all the Heists so I don't feel like I'm missing out but still pretty bloody annoying none the less.

Nah, Xbox One. Also False alarm, my Xbox has been updating a bunch of my games and my crappy internet was like "Ah, hell nah, you ain't downloading a 10 GB patch, watching the iPlayer and playing GTA together you can pick one maybe two when I feel like it".
